Terms of Use

License agreement and terms of sale · Last updated October 29, 2026

In short: you may use Clean-Fi on your own PCs and networks. Pro is a one-time purchase for up to 3 of your PCs. Every change Clean-Fi makes can be undone, but you use it at your own risk, and our liability is limited to what you paid.

1. Who we are

Clean-Fi is made by Cody Meras, doing business as PokeDad, in Menifee, California (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By installing or using Clean-Fi, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't install or use Clean-Fi.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Clean-Fi:

Clean-Fi is licensed, not sold. We keep all ownership, copyright and other rights in Clean-Fi.

3. What you may not do

4. Changes Clean-Fi makes

Clean-Fi changes Windows network settings and, if you connect it, settings on your router. Before changing a PC setting, Clean-Fi saves the original, and switching a fix off restores it; uninstalling Clean-Fi restores all PC settings it changed. Router changes may briefly interrupt your internet connection. You are responsible for deciding which changes to make, for keeping your router login secure, and for following the terms of your internet provider and router maker.

5. Routers and other services

Clean-Fi works with routers and online services made by others, such as eero, Netgear, ASUS, OpenWrt, Cloudflare, and Lemon Squeezy. Those names are trademarks of their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Some router features use the same interfaces as the makers' own apps, which they may change at any time, so a feature may stop working without notice. We'll try to keep Clean-Fi up to date, but we can't guarantee any particular router or service will keep working with it.

6. Purchases

Clean-Fi Pro is sold for a one-time price shown at checkout. Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, sales tax, and receipts under its own terms. Your license key is delivered on the confirmation page and by email. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the license key is deactivated.

7. No warranty

Clean-Fi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results depend on your PC, router, internet provider, and home; we don't promise any particular speed or improvement, and nothing can make your connection faster than your internet plan.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, connectivity, use, or profits, arising from Clean-Fi. Our total liability for any claim relating to Clean-Fi is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, or $20 if you used only the free version. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Ending this agreement

You may stop using Clean-Fi anytime by uninstalling it. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms; you must then stop using Clean-Fi and remove it. Sections 3 and 5 through 11 survive.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over Clean-Fi, including a limited liability company formed by its owner. Questions: support@getcleanfi.com.
