14-day refund guarantee

You can get a full refund of your Clean-Fi Pro purchase for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date. Try the free version first: the checkup and speed test show what Clean-Fi will find on your network before you pay.

How to ask

• Email support@getcleanfi.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the receipt, or
• Reply to your purchase receipt email.

A short note on what didn't work is appreciated, so we can fix it, but it isn't required.

What happens next

We process approved refunds within 3 business days through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. The money goes back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Your license key is deactivated, and Clean-Fi returns to the free version. Any settings Clean-Fi changed can still be switched off for free, or put back by uninstalling it.

After 14 days

Purchases are generally final after 14 days. If something went wrong, like a duplicate purchase or a charge you didn't make, contact us anyway and we'll make it right. Where the law gives you additional refund rights, those apply.
