14-day refund guarantee

You can get a full refund of your Clean-Fi Pro purchase for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date. Try the free version first: the checkup and speed test show what Clean-Fi will find on your network before you pay.

How to ask

• Email support@getcleanfi.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the receipt, or
• Reply to your purchase receipt email.

A short note on what didn't work is appreciated, so we can fix it, but it isn't required.

What happens next

We process approved refunds within 3 business days through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. The money goes back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Your license key is deactivated, and Clean-Fi returns to the free version. Any settings Clean-Fi changed can still be switched off for free. Uninstalling also puts back PC settings, but not router settings, so switch those off first.

After 14 days

Purchases are generally final after 14 days. If something went wrong, like a duplicate purchase or a charge you didn't make, contact us anyway and we'll make it right. Where the law gives you additional refund rights, those apply.
